    long story short: I am facing the monster here..
    PMO, had been, had and has kill me, spiritually
    the worst thing is that I wanted so hard to quit , and I put it as my priority to discover latter , I was weaker..
    that make a deep impression in me in younger age.
    Now what, .. I downloaded and gone too far in blocking software systems with a gap always in these..
    I remember the longest time , I stopped masturbating was 16 days (in like 10 years)..
    so, please , help me kill the monster ,
    I will do whatever it takes.

    my story
    last year my computer was broken(also laptop)so i decided to quit PMO during the period but my addiction got harder and harder i just missed my hole month of holidays and sat in a room wondering for a computer to view porn but it needed a lot of money to fix it.I did not took a bath for one month but unfortunately i got the laptop and viewed porn and masturbated all my hard work was gone!
