Hi,
I'm an Indian guy, mid twenties.
I believe I've been addicted to porn and masturbation for years. It's just I didn't know it. Now I have come to the realization that this has been holding me back physically and psychologically. This habit has made me lethargic and incompetent. I have been a witness to me holding back myself from taking initiatives & seizing the opportunities.
This is an attempt to pull myself up.
