HI MATES, I turned 25 this MAY 09 2020. I have been a heavy porn user for almost 8 years. Definition of heavy in my case: 1. fapping almost every day 2. fapping 3 times a day minimum The above lifestyle ensured my PIED(porn induced erectile dysfunction ) and recently in march 2020 I have experienced the very scary desensitization of my penis, which means I find it very difficult to achieve an erection even while watching heavy porn. Since march I have started Yoga and exercises and have somehow managed to get healthy erections but something is missing.I still feel that the erections are not stronger then before.Also I have noticed complete disappearance of Morning Wood!!. As scary as it sounds its true and I have panicked in the past.I have known about PIED and other horrific issues about excessive PMO and have been trying failed NoFap for the last 4 years.But I haven't given up yet, and kept looking for ways tackle this. ENERGY CANNOT BE CREATED OR DESTROYED AND CAN ONLY BE TRANSFORMED FROM ONE FORM TO ANOTHER. Our sexual energy is too is bound by the above law. If we stop masturbation the energy that is released through fapping will contour itself and move into better places.The results as per Fapstronauts are tempting and wellknown. But my repeated failures have made me realise to evaluate my ways and methods. Few of the following methods I could find through Youtube and Other sources on Internet. a. Kegal exercises , b. Mul Bandh yoga , c. Kegal Exercises and d. Nadishodhak Pranayam E. TRIBANDH YPGA The above mentioned Yogas and exercises have helped me channelize my sexual energy and convert it into productive energy. Just within one week of ESPECIALLY Mulbandh Yog I was able to get massive majestic Erections. Infact I could even maintain it like crazy.This new discovery infact reminded me of my teen years when I was 15-16. This age I used to get such erections. Never I had managed to get such erections.This was a new hope But this was not end to my problems as I still had PIED. (Note: Erections attained through Mulbandh after a week might not by full just after the end of the week as we have strained the muscles for a week hence give it a day or two and then masturbate just in case you want see the benefits.Do this only once to see the benefit as it will boost your morale.) Now, since I had discovered this yoga I continued my NoFap journey and found little success.I managed to go 7 days of NoFap with a relapse of watching Porn and masturbation once and then again continuing for 7 days. I couldn't go beyond 7 days.This went on for a month.But the 4th time I perished and ended up masturbating for 6 times a day!. This broke me and the guilt was excruciating.Now I stopped the yoga and everything for a while Just to feel normal again. I had went back to my old habit as it felt awesome to get this youthful erections but I realized my joy was short lived. I had come back to the same situation again after masturbating to porn once again. Now with the hope of completely eliminating this problem once and for all I have decided to start my streak of 90 days.I had started from 1st of July and currently on my 7th day.Yes and on the day its the worst. I'm having urges to even fuck any hole possible but I will restrain as I have faith as an experience No fapper that life goes on ,all you can do is stay focused. Hence , I will conclude my this post with the following Key tips for my future self and my loving mates. a. Routine is the Key.Once that is set 90% work is done. b. Meditation is the catalyst.Even thrice a day is beneficial. c. avoid any triggers! #90 days challenge!
