    hello everyone,

Firstly, a few words about who I am:
I am a 21 year old male that used to really watch a lot of porn. I tries NoFap before but I never really came past 1 week. This time I decided I would really go for it. I am currently 12 days in and am already starting to feel many changes in my body and brain too. Here’s some of the major things I feel so far:

    - Extreme desire to look at women (in the eyes) and talk to them
    - I always have been an active sportman, gym, football and running: but I am starting to enjoy workouts more. Like yesterday, with 11 days in, I had the best gym session ever.
    - I am impatient and sometimes don’t know what to do with the energy, this stresses me and makes me feel uncomfortable. However, when I put this energy into sports or something it feels great afterwards.
    - My balls feel like they are exploding (after 12 days??)

Furthermore, my reason for starting is because I sometimes do not feel like im in control of life. Clearly, one can never be fully in control of everything. But it makes a big difference when you, and ONLY YOU, decide what to do in your life. I believe everything is holistically connected, to give you an example:
Yesterday I enjoyed my gym session like never before. I felt some kind of confidence and it was like I could feel my muscles growing. I sort of started dreaming of gettig really ripped. Whereas, before I never had this feeling. I just went there because I had to (I just wanna be in shape). Essentially, this gym sessions really positively influenced me and I believe on the long term it will be one of my most powerful sources of energy which which can function to make one more confident.

This was just an example of what I mean when I say everything is holistically connected.

Thanks for reading and let me know what you think and if you have similar ideas or feelings.

    Goodluck everyone!

Welcome! I'm glad you're here. Congrats on your success so far.

I think you will find that in time, you achieve a new balance, and what seems..."explosive" or surprising now is just...normal. Be patient and trust that your body knows what it is doing. It's getting used to being left alone!

I hope you keep coming back.
