    Hi guys, I'm a 20 year old from Sri Lanka who's trying to get his shit together and I need to avoid fapping, simple enough.

    Welcome in our community.
    Avoiding to fap will not be easy if you are addicted to it. Maybe you want to make a commitment (to yourself, not to the community) and start your No-PM- journey. Will not be easy but will be worth the efforts. ENJOY!
