Hi there. I'm a 21 year old guy. Both my parents work and I've to live alone in the house for a huge period of time in the day. I finished school 4 years ago. Now at this moment i'm finishing up my computer engineering graduation, now as in i'm literally giving my finals and I can say that my grades can be better but they aren't bad or mediocre. And also I've quite a well to do internet connection at home. So getting porn is never an issue. For about 4 to 6 years ago I started watching porn regularly not daily and masturbate to it. Now around 3 or 4 years back eventually i started to masturbate daily at least once at night before sleep watching porn. Somedays i do it multiple times throughout the day when I'm free, say even 7 to 8 times. I'm in a relationship for the last 2 and a half years. I love my girlfriend a lot and maybe what's happening is because of that. For the last 7 8 months whenever i watch porn and start to masturbate, it just doesn't feel like it unless I think about my girlfriend. Even sometimes i can't get hard unless I think of her. I guess that's a good sign, I'm monogamous physically, biologically and mentally. We've been intimate a lot, making out naked and all but not yet had intercourse. When I was reading about nofap and the symptoms people have, i think I've some of those. Like fatigue from time to time, lack of motivation and energy, etc. I was thinking whether this was because of my daily and/or excessive masturbation. For now i haven't watched porn or jerked off for a week.
