    Hey Guys,

    So I just started today and I dont know where to start. I want to stop compulsive masturbation and watching porn but I'm not sure how to go about it. Do I cut cold turkey, do you guys have any tips? My brother recommended this community to me and I really need help. Thanks for reading.
