Hi,
I am a 19 year old Male who has been trying to stop masturbating for the last 2 years. I have been successful at times but I have always refallen. The max I’ve been able to restrain myself was 3 month. Recently I have just been getting worse.

I don’t think I am addicted to porn as I don’t need to masturbate using it,I can do without but I always come back to porn after a while.

I have decided to stop so as to live a healthy life and to protect my self from the side effects of porn and especially masturbation.

From this moment on I will try best to not masturbate hopefully I will receive some support and help and I will be successful, this time.
