    So hi...
    Well, this feels weird. Never thought I'd share my porn addiction with the internet. Then again I am at the point at which I understand that I can't do this alone. So a little about yours truly: male, teen struggling with porn for about a year and a half now. I kinda just rolled into it and by the time I saw what was happening it was to late. I hope this community can help me definitely quit porn, though im realistic enough to know that that isn't gonna go without a serious struggle. Think I'll keep it at that for now.

    I wish I had started made this decision when I was your age. Masturbating to porn has not ruined my life, but I have allowed it to prevent me from truly living for decades. I am only five days free, but with the sharing and honesty of this site, I believe quitting is real. You can definitely do it.

    You can 100% beat this. I know right now it seems impossible but IF you are truly motivated to change, then it doesnt have to be a that hard of a process. First is to understand the science behind what is happening in your brain which is causing the urges and cravings. Second, use better tools to manage the urges.

    I have posted alot to help someone who is identical to you (male teen, been addicted to Porn for 1-2 years, realizes now it is runing their life).

    Please go check out and follow this thread because I would give you the exact same counsel.

    Absorb the info on the science and take exact steps I've suggested to Rea to help manage the urges/cravings. please post there as well , you two can help each other. You are both two of 10,000s (maybe more) male teens in same spot. You both are ahead of the curve as you both acknowledge, if continued, PMO will ruin your life, and are taking actions to rewire your brain to no longer want it.
