Hi, I'm new to this site and I turned 19 last month on the 6th, relapsed 3 times the month before (June) after my 2 month break after I graduated high school (By the time I had no idea that PMO was ruining my brain and thought that sperm levels were the problem, so I just fapped less often). I discovered masturbation when I was 5. Just a laidback guy who loves video games, anime, TV shows, movies, and other social media and have been addicted to porn from my teens to now and it's been giving me brain fog, trouble concentrating, making me do dumb things, couldn't get a social life (no numbers, just socializing mostly in the library at funny stuff we watch on the computers or other exceptions), and other crap related to that.

Just socializing mostly with my family, my cousin is like a best friend to me thick and thin. When I felt so anxious after my trip to Orlando, FL with my family in June, I started to search up gossip such as "masturbating too much" for a suggestion example and stumbled upon "The Basics of Rebooting" by Gabe Deem on yourbrainonporn.com.

I felt very heartbroken, it made me feel depressed, anxious, and impotent because the problem I was looking for was right in front of my face the whole time and I didn't acknowledge it. I would've took a longer break if I didn't relapse. I would wake up with anxious feelings shaking in my abdominals feeling like it's hopeless, but then the words from the movie "Pursuit of Happyness" came to my mind from my high school job training. "If you want something. Go get it. Period." That moment I knew there was something wrong with me and nothing was right, but I decided to fight through it and start reading through people's stories on yourbrainonporn.com, NoFap, Reboot Nation, watch Gabe's advice videos, and hoped to do well with this journey I'm on with you guys.

I also started going out places more, going outside for a walk or jog in my neighborhood, exercised daily, read more, and stopped other habits I have such as video games, TV, junk food, and internet news feeds (Just once a day sometimes). I want to break the chains someday. I know there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Thanks for reading and leave a reply if you can. Read my journal as well: http://nofap.com/forum/index.php?threads/theakmans-journal.44991/
