    Hey guys!

    I am just an average guy from Austria. I am 20 years old and I have struggled with pornography and masturbation for quite a time now. I have made several attempts to stop this addiction, but always failed.
    Now I found out about NoFap and I hope that it keeps me motivated to finally break throught this burdensome addiction.

    Welcome, have you considered keeping a journal, its a powerful method of expressing yourself and dealing with the problem, writing, expressing myself always seems to help me. Maybe your journal helps others, just my personal take on it. Take Care, and Peace!
