Introduction

Hullo,

My name is Jason and I am here on NoFap since I first heard about this on reddit and felt like joining after watching a TED talk by Jack Fischer.

I am now almost 24 years old and have been struggling with porn and masturbation since I was around 12 or 13. I used to feel guilty and try to overcome the urges but now just give in without even putting up a fight.

After listening to the TED talk by Fischer I felt there was hope for me to change but checking out NoFap. So here I am.
