    My name is Kago from Kenya I have been masturbating for the last 5 years and i want to stop masturbation and watching porn. It all started out of low self esteem. back then while in high school but now i want to stop forever not on a period of time .
    My motivation to do this is i want to have a healthy and productive life my girlfriend left me because during sex my dick was not hard enough for her so it was not fully satisfying. That why i want to stop masturbation and watching porn and i want to get help to do it step by step
