Inventing the New ME!

Alright you know what. Fuck this I hate the person I am right now. I know I am better then who I am now.

ITS TIME FOR A NEW BEGINNING! A NEW LIFE!

So this week I finally made the choice to follow through with something that needed to happen a very long time ago. You see not only have I struggled with porn for a long time but I have also struggled with weight loss. I have been over weight for way to long always eating shit like Taco Bell and Pizza and Panda Express and wasting my money all the time. Then when I did decide to try and lose weight at the beginning of the year I gave up because I couldn't even lose 10 pounds.

Now when I was younger I had heart surgery at the age of 6 days old. So its really important for me to make sure that my health is good so that I can live a long and happy life. Last week I took a huge step at making my life better. I resigned up for a gym and I signed up for a special evaluation. Well the evaluation went so well that I told the guy who is now my trainer that I want him to help me get this dead weight off of me and get me back to looking like I was in middle school.

Today was my very first training session and it was great. There were a few times were I wanted to give up but I didn't. I fought through the pain and I just kept pushing myself which lead me to this thought.

If I can push myself through the pain of my muscles moving and never give up when working out then I can get through the pain and struggles I have with my relapsing.

The other thing that is well known about me by now is my intense struggles with relapsing. I know I can defeat this addiction if I just stopped relapsing. SO I have decided that I am just going to push myself harder then ever. I WILL NEVER GIVE UP! PORN YOU WILL BE DEFEATED! SO JUST PLEASE GTF OUT OF MY LIFE RIGHT NOW!

HOW CAN I MAKE MY LIFE BETTER?

Well its actually pretty simple. I just have to follow these golden rules!


- NO MORE PORN (Its really lame)
- NO MORE MASTERBATION (Seriously I need to get a girlfriend)
- NO MORE EATING FAT FOOD (Sucks that I have a dairy queen less then a mile from my house)
- NO MORE POLITICS (Makes me angry as hell)
- NO MORE WASTING MONEY (Man maybe I wouldn't be so broke if I didn't eat out all the time)

Now these are just some rules I am going to abide by but seriously I need to make my life great again and it starts right now.
