Im going to try for 30 day's just because its short enough to not seem to long. Im trying to wake up between 5:30 to 6:30Am. Im also trying to run every morning (a really short jog about 5-7 minutes) then I come home and meditate for five minutes do 50 pushups and 30 sit-ups, this all only takes about 15 minutes. At night I do 50 Pushups 30 situps read for 30 minutes and pray for 3 minutes go to bed between 9:00 and 12:00pm. The NoFap thing is important too. It seems like it should be easy but I never make it a week Ive tried like 7 or 8 times now! Hopefully This helps keep me honest Im trying to change my life but like they say old habits die hard. Im wondering how you do this when your single? Because I could see If I was having sex that would be a lot easier. After like a week of NoFap I feel like the slightest thing just sets me off and I cant stop myself. Well anyways hello people and anybody got some advice on addiction please dont hold back because Im addicted to alot.
