Basically had a sexual dream last night that when I woke in the morning that led to a series of sexual thoughts which led to an erection that lasted maybe 10 minutes then went away. I didn't look at porn or masturbate in anyway.

I don't call that cheating what would you guys call that? But in a way it still kind of feels wrong. Probably because I let those sexual thoughts get out of control. So what's everyone's take them on sexual thoughts during nofab?

I would call it nothing. It’s nothing. Although be sure that when you have sexual thoughts you are not fantasizing of porn, other then that no problem. Depending on your willpower maybe try to not have any sexual thoughts at all for risk of relapse but that varies person to person.

  3. Absolutely nothing wrong with getting an erection, the sexual thoughts could be a trigger, but in and of themselves nothing wrong with it

The last couple days i have noticed a lot of sexual thoughts about porn. And today I was online looking up workout programs and i found myself looking longer than normal at the girls in the pictures. I'm guessing fantasizing about porn will not only lead to relapse but also slow down the brains recovering process.....I consider today a setback but not a relapse there is a difference. Thanks for responding.

Also you have 70 days under your belt. Good for you. What's one thing you recommend i start doing daily so I can get to 70 days?

What's one thing you have learned in the nofap community that you would recommend to me to help me get to 100 days? Thanks and please.
For you id recommend reading one novel per week.
    Peace brother.

I don't have any specific thing I am doing daily, but in general I spend less time online and doing things I actually enjoy now...like stretching, exercising more, reading books, meditation etc. But the main thing that has made me totally quit porn was simply understanding and full adopting the mindset that porn is just no longer an option....it just no longer exists to me. It's the same as how most of us NEVER think the following "damn I had a shitty day...guess I should go shoot up some heroin!"...porn is just like that. It's just disappeared and is something I no longer even think of as an option. I just "woke up" one day and said screw this, I am done with it.

In the few cases where I do start getting weird thoughts/fantasies, which was more common during my first month...I simply saw my thought, recognized it for what it was...and let it go away and then continued doing what I was doing before...or did something else.
