is anhedonia one of flatline or varicocele symptoms

Hi guys, this is my first post so i don't know if it's the right place or don't but i would be appreciated to anyone can help,
A while a go i was addicted to PMO in age from 15-18, during this duration i tried many times to stop but max. no PMO duration i could achieve was about only one week, then i decided to be more patient and in control and i achieve 40 days streak without PMO. Sadly i return to pmo after this streak but what i found that my feelings aren't the same and i relapsed many times to test myself but with no vain so i search about and find that this is called "anhedonia" which you can ejaculate and get hard but without O pleasure. Now i'm about 20 years old and want to take the 90 days streak but i don't know if it will be the solution for anhedonia.
(Forget to mention at first that i got varicocele when i was 17 it was hurting me -not much- for about 1 year but now it doesn't hurt almost)
