Yes I know some will say "You always dream, you just don't recall them."

Anyway, I'm a few hours day 20, and I've noticed that I'm dreaming very vividly lately. I'm not referring to wet dreams, but I still think it's notable because I used to never dream.

They are also more interactive. Normally when I would dream, my mind would just create a scenario and I would watch it like a movie.

Now, last night for example, I would think "I'm going to do this, I'm going to say that, etc" and it would happen. It's like the dreams are more interactive. I used to fight sleep and continue searching for entertainment but now I can't wait to go to bed and see where my mind takes me.

Does anyone else experience this? Anyone know if there's a connection between dopamine receptor healing and vivid dreaming?

I get this, I definitely dream more when I have a good steak going. I think a lot of it is down to the quality of sleep, I find when I PMO I feel drained afterwards for the rest of the day, then when I go to sleep that night I just sort of crash out and wake up the next morning feeling like I haven't slept particularly well (I find normally I can sleep 7 1/2 hours and wake up feeling great which seems to be my personal optimum, whereas after PMO I can sleep for 9hrs+ and still wake up feeling like I could sleep more).

I also find that not only do I dream more, but they are more vivid. I periodically experiment with lucid dreaming which only really works if you are having regular vivid dreams, PMO always puts a stop to this.

This is only anecdotal from my point of view, I'd be curious to know if there is any scientific reason why PMO would affect sleep quality?
