Is cold turkey the best way to succeed at nofap? When it came to changing my bad eating habits, for example, I found cold turkey was not the best way to go. I found that if I broke up my eating over the course of a 5 month plan; I was gradually able to change without much effort. First the first month, all I did was focus on a healthy breakfast and could eat whatever I wanted the rest of the meals for the day. For the 2nd month, a healthy breakfast carried over, and I also had to have a healthy lunch as well, then month 3, breakfast and lunch carried over, and I also had to focus on a healthy dinner, etc. But I under stand that nofap is different; I’ve tried gradual change before with nofap by allowing myself to jerk off, but I had to quit porn, and vice versa, and it never works. One seems to always lead back to the other until I’m back into a full on binge of 2-3 times a day of PMO. So did I just answer my own question; cold turkey and just giving up everything all at once is the best way to go?
