    I Just relapsed after 19 days of PMO free. This was my second streak since I joined nofap last month (first one was 7 days long and inmediately after that I started my curren streak that ended in 19 days). The thing is that I dont feel that bad, I mean, I feel kinda shitty but not that much. Im gonna try to double my last streak and tery to make it 40 days now. The thing is that my confidence and my i-dont-give-a-fuck-level were through the roof; is that gone now because I PMO'd?

    I dont feel that bad because in the past 26 days (7 days first streak, 19 days second streak) I have only PMO'D only 3 times when normally, I would have PMO'D +45 times! I think I made some progress there. Lets see how I feel tomorrow!
