    hey everybody, i am willing to quit PMO and do a reboot but sadly, after a one-day streak, i did MO, without porn though, just thinking about my girlfriend.. Is it a relapse ?? Thanks in advance for your precious advice

    I think it is, in my mind it would be. I guess it's a good thing you didn't watch porn or her images, so it's going to be easier to go through reboot now when damage is still not that big.
    It's kinda one step forward but two step back... just focus on going forward.

    Interesting question - depends on your perspective I suppose. My reboot limit (for the moment anyway) is porn only and I do not consider MO when thinking about my wife to be a relapse. I would prefer to have sex with my wife but she is not up for it, and that it unlikely to change in the short-term at least.

    Yes it is. No excuses. Its healthier without porn but still counts as a relapse :)
