Is it a relapse?

Hey, I wanted to ask if this counts as a relapse.
You know when sometimes your kind of stuck thinking about something , I don't know how to call it but your sort of focusing on some part of the world and kind of being stuck losing focus and thinking, anyway It happened to me but it was on female sexual part (the upper one) then I got my focus back and immediately looked away, it was about 2 seconds. I'm not sure I was looking straight at it(don't think I even did, but just to remove concern) t but as I explained it was the kind of moment you just loss your focus and stuff. does this count as a relapse? Thanks..
