Is It Bad That I'm Young

I am now 13 and I started P at 12. I started M and O a month before I turned 13. I'm I too young to be doing this. I know it's bad stuff and I've been trying to stop ever since I started. I could use some encouragement.

 

So sad to see a 13 year old struggling from this pmo

 

13 is not too young to be masturbating. Just have fun with yourself. But you gotta be careful to not overdo it. Or else it becomes unhealthy too. Kinda like withe eating junk food; once in a while not gonna hurt you but if you do it every day and too much you will get fat, tired and feel like crap, probably get increased acne, might develop diabetes, etc. Masturbation is the same - fine in moderation but unhealthy if you do it too much. I would say limiting yourself to no more than once a week would be good thing.

Porn is always unhealthy in my opinion. It is very bad for you, no matter how much you do it. You should definitely stop that. Just masturbate to your fantasies. Better of real people, like maybe some cute girl in school you like. Or even better just do it focusing on feelings alone, not fantasies. That's the most healthiest way to do it.

There, however, are benefits of not masturbating at all. You will probably become more dominant and alpha-like between your friends, have more energy and hence be better at sports, have less acne and more vibrant eyes (basically would be more better looking, girls like that), have better focus and memory (which would help you in school work), have less anxiety in stressful situations and more confidence in general at everyday life. These are just few, there are many benefits of not masturbating. Google is your friend, look it up yourself. No excuse for ignorance, it's the information age, you have internet.

But at the same time, if you do not want/need increase in any of those things then there is nothing wrong if you do choose to masturbate in moderation. Just don't watch porn!

So good to know theres another below 15 noffaper! Im 14 And i can Tell you,its totally worth It. You Will find a way of Living,but It isn't easy,don't let anybody discourage you,this is a lifelong change,many old guys here wish they had a piece of true life at such a Young age as us!

If I were you I would consider diverging different. I doubt you have many negative things stemming from PMO at your age and the duration of your usuage. MO is not bad for you, NoFap even says this. It becomes a problem if you do it all the time. If you would just MO once a while like every 2-3 weeks, and just quit porn all together. I say this bc when I was 12-13 I wasn't necessarily slangin babes left to right so it's a release thing. I wouldn't say it's bad for you to do NoFap hardcore but it's really good you caught this at a young age
