Is it FLATLINE? [low mood, no urge]

    I didn't have a long streak (my longest was 12 days), but I've taken note of my progress and I've noticed that I was 'clean' most days of the month. For the past few days I've observed the lack of urge and depressed mood, no energy or willingness to do things. Can it be flatline? Does flatline come after a long period of abstinence or maybe it can give signs after a short streak?

    Yes it can be flatline, flatline can make you depressed and not have any libido what's so ever, from my knowledge flatline can be withdrawal symptoms of; aniexty, insomnia, depression, fatigue, stressed and etc. Flatline also can be days where you have intense urges or even weeks but flatline can be the complete opposite, you can read more about this in the NoFap book.
