    I got up today morning feeling like shit. I am on day 18. I had zero urges today. Also I have bad morning today, but I did not have a overall bad day. i even i heard few great news. But still i feel like shit.

    Oh yes. Flatlines are there everyday; some days they are for entire days while on other days, they may last for few hours. Don't worry too much about them.
