Is it just smartphones and tablets?

    Hey guys I was just wondering...if we can put k9 and x3watch on all our computers but not our tablets and smartphones, then are they the main places where people relapse? I know it is for me...I've recently put x3watch on computers in the house that I can log into but obviously it doesn't quite work on my iPhone. So my phone's now the only avenue for relapsing. Is this a similar story for you guys?

    I think the honest-to-God reasons for relapse are:

    1. Addiction.
    2. Desire to instantly gratify subsequent withdrawal symptoms.
    3. Lack of accountability.
    4. You rack-a disciprine.

    Filters are definitely a disciplinary action to keep you accountable bit of course they are nothing on their own if you aren't disciplining yourself to break the addiction, seek delayed gratification in healthier activities and staying accountable.

    Fantastic points! Thanks for that. :) that certainly is the key otherwise with all the blocks in the world as soon as you're in a place without them it's all down hill.

    Do you yourself use blocking software? Is your phone a more common area of relapse?

    I formatted my laptop hard drive and pawned the entire laptop.

    I stopped using P a few days before I stopped MO and at day 47 now I have no desire to watch P, or do MO.

    I am literally disgusted and angered at this foul, lying snake!
    The very idea of P angers me.
