Is it Normal to be that stressed

That's not normal, does it maybe feel like depression or withdrawal symptoms? Generally when you quit doing something that shouldn't affect you, unless you really loved that thing or perhaps possibly you were using those as a crutch?

Im trying to stay away from Facebook and especially Twitter, as I find it harder and harder to stay away from things each time just like porn.
