Is it normal?

While I'm not watch porn anymore. I experiencing strange things. Everytime I tried stop watching porn and this time also from arround day 2 every even tiny sexual thing uses huge portion of my brain resources.

If I drive with car and there is attractive girl my eyes and head automatically turn to her without thinking. Literally like magnet. If I'm at pool my dick get hard if I see even little bit attractive girl. I feel my mind is overloading of something and can't disconnect from it. I'm not fantasing anything at all, just getting horny and brain dizzy, actually not dizzy but maybe you get what I mean.
I rarely use Facebook, but when I log in to do some business, I finding myself searching through the friendlists of potential girls.

I have some sort of fear or phobia of braking ice at conversation with girls even if I'm understanding relationship. But for example when I'm in gym and I see sexy girl my mind uses 80% of my attention and brain resources, feeling some sort of overdose rush (maybe dopamine). If not that fear I have, I could start conversation and literally it will start with line like 'hei, your soo sexy, you making me horny", maybe it's not a worst pick up line, but that's because my brain is locked on sexual aspect and further conversation mostly would be awkward.

Is it mine dopamine receptors growing back and I'm really simply have experience of overdose of dopamine? What is that?
