Is it ok to have sex after I feel more sexual desire, and stronger erections after flatline?

In February I went two weeks without porn, sex, and masterbating and I felt great. It was my first time trying nofap, my Ed was gone, my sexual desire was back, and my erections were stronger than ever everything was going great.. until I had sex with my girlfriend. Don't get me wrong, it was the best sex I've felt in a while, waayyy more feeling than usual, the only thing is after sex (which I have no problem of having) I relapsed into masterbating again, it once again became something I was doing everyday. It took maybe a week of constantly masterbating for me to fall back into a flatline and I just feel like if I never relapsed I would've been fine getting an erection and having a sexual desire. Anyways I'm starting nofap again but I still wonder if it's ok to have sex after I feel more sexual desire, and stronger erections after flatline.
