I am talking about videos which may contain some normal sexual content like video songs. I feel like i must watch some hot stuff not porn but something normal which an avg. guy with no masturbation addiction can watch. Should i? I am worried it will end with me fapping or switching to porn and then fapping. I am sad as of now and i think watching them will help me calm.

Not a good idea: it might very lead you to open some porn but also looking at hot girls in a video song is the same as looking at them in porn. The point, I believe, is to stop using digital content as a replacement for IRL girls and masturbation as a time passer. Keep strong, and do not give in

  4. This is a bad idea. That feeling of calm that you're seeking from those videos is a trap. Your brain is trying anything it can do to get you to go back to look at porn, don't listen to it. I guarantee that if you look at 'hot stuff not porn' as a substitute, it's only a matter of time before you go back to porn. It's just not worth it.

  5. @Jen@8675309 is absolutely correct. I'd go further and say that this wouldn't be P-substitutes, but just a form of P. You really need to ask yourself what sort of a person you wish to be - because "watching YouTube videos like an average guy" is not really much of an ambition in life.

Definitely agree with dumcanjamas. If you give porn a little, it'll take everything. Porn is more of a mindset than an image or video. If you're getting the same gratification from these videos as from porn, don't do it. If you really want to listen to the song I'd suggest doing so without the video aspect. If you think what you're doing may lead to porn, put your digital device down, walk around a little and find something else to do. Figure out one thing that you can do that's productive and do that instead, the feeling of accomplishment can be a good motivator. You can do this!

Also agree that is bad idea, it is just a trap spec. in video clips of these days = it is definitely soft core all those flying boobs and butts. Had a same problem during weekend I play some festival record video also with hot girls, consider that as a soft core, the low level of dopamine is definitely there as well as a search for novelty, what you would like to hear is that it is OK so you can still lie to your self. Don´t do it.
