Is it possible to flatline after you feel like things are getting better?

    Ive been addicted for 20+ years and after I 90 days I was able to climax during sex which was amazing after severe delayed orgasm syndrome. Now I’m at 109 days and I can't ejaculate during sex or masturbation.

    I’m thinking about using again to see if it still works cause I feel really concerned.

    Does anyone else have similar experiences to reassure me?

    Yes, definitely. There are a lot of ups and downs during the journey of NoFap, and it can happen at any time, just part of the healing process.

    I am getting more attention from girls and able to talk to them, and getting erections from real ones easier, but I feel like I'm still flat lining again.

    experiencing a flat line is a normal thing during recovery period
    never let your brain deceive you into using the only thing you fought to get rid of
