hello all, I m a chronic addict to porn n a fapper as well to porn, I stay alone in my room I m at job, I don't jerk 5 days of the week but as soon as Sat n Sunday my weekends arrive I jerk near about 6 times in those two days. Is there any trick u can do to change ur mind when u r alone in ur room n urge come, but u can change it& is it possible to change the addiction without seeking professional help by your own?
When I'm traveling alone, I make sure to only get back to my hotel room to go to bed. I also have a consistent bed time to do my best at falling asleep quick so I don't get drawn into porn.
