I take about 2 grams of L-argine everyday, i saw in a YouTube video that it is safe to take 5grams of L-ARGININE per day for erectile Dysfunction. So I'm thinking of increasing my dosage.

Having tried the little pills the 5grams of L is 10000x better. My doctor appproved my use because I take prescription drugs. I obviously checked first with my doctor.

I take 5 grams a day. In about 3 days I noticed more firmness during the day. After a month now I'm nice and firm all day my sex drive is good and my energy level is good too. I also lift and my muscle mass has increased as well. No side effects.

1gram is safe for up to a year...there's no data on longer usage though so be wary.

  9. I've read some rebooters say L-Arginine could help reduce the time needed to reboot PIED. I took it once and noticed some improvements and I wasn't even in a reboot. I'm thinking about taking it again and I'll probably still take it off and on after the reboot just for it's enormous health benefits.

One caution in taking L-Arginine is that it inhibits the anti-viral properties of L-Lysine (this is my lay understanding) and therefore may be associated with more frequent cold sores from HSV breakouts, and maybe even wart formation from HPV strains. There should be some easy Googling out there but you're also come up against a lot of laboratory studies not related to human consumption.
