Is it wrong to tease as a gay guy?

Heeey everyone,

Thank you for taking the time to read my message. I am a gay guy from the Netherlands. Single and 33 years old.
I am at a good stage in my live. I am feeling stable, but I found it very difficult to get away from online fun. I like to tease online with messages and sending videos and I often like the teasing more then the rest. I found out that sex in real live is better and I am now trying to stay away from the online stuff or make it less important in my life.

Anyone having the same or want to talk about it? Feel free to reach out.

Is it wrong to tease?

Let's get away from "right" and "wrong" because those are useful heuristics, but aren't precise enough for our purposes. Teasing is engaging in erotic behavior, which keeps us using eroticism as a coping mechanism, an emotional crutch, that robs us of emotional fulfillment in the long term. So if you want to grow as a person then yes, for practical intents, teasing is wrong.

But as a gay guy?
What does gay have to do with it? Being gay doesn't put you in some sort of protected class, where natural consequences don't apply. Het people can psychologically damage themselves by mishandling sex, however mild they think their behavior is, and gay, les, bi, trans, puppy players, pony players, name your sexual sub-class it doesn't matter, they can also damage themselves by mishandling sex. If you use eroticism as a coping mechanism, and avoid addressing your problems by hiding behind intense sexual emotions, the flavor you like doesn't matter.

pff, this show how limited you are; answer this, when’s the last time you shit your pants? While sober, I mean; i reckon never because you’re not putting yourself in situations that test your limits. You’re never away from the comforts of a restroom, never pushing your physical body or capacity for terror past the breaking point. You know who shits their pants? Marathon runners. Soldiers in battle.
