Is keeping up same Habits leads to Obsession?! (5 HOURS OF DISCIPLINE)

    So, for a couple of months, I`ve been engaging in the same type of morning and evening habits.
    which includes some walking, workouts, meditation but it took me nearly 5 hours in total!.

    writing a wishlist, morning meditation, walking, some stretches, reading 20 pages in the morning - TAKES 2 HOURS

    Long Meditation, Watching friends for 22 mins, ASMR, preparing schedules and plans for next day - TAKES 3 HOURS

    What am I do now?. will it build up stress in the long run?. is it better to save some time for other better activities?
