What is the difference between reset and relapase ?

 

My understanding is that one,"Oops! I did it again!" means you reset the counter and keep going. Falling completely back into repetitive PMO would be a relapse.

Exactly Porn is the enemy. The plan for me is to do 90days no PMO and maybe then M evey once and a while. You know your better when you can M and not get the chaser effect.
