This my second .I couldn't control my urges and masturbate with sex story but I didn't watch not I remember any sex scene from porn while I masturbate is considered relapse.to tell truth I was shocked I couldn't control my urges need some advice
 
Advice? Take your hand off your male member and go take a cold shower when your next urge comes.

A relapse is different for everybody. For me a relapsed will be intentionally seeking out P and watching it and M. Stumbling across P is different. I know the difference, therefore I am responsible for messing up.
 
How frequently did you masturbate before you decided to say "enough is enough" ? Any tipping points .. like moments of shame or guilt when you realised how serious it became?
