Is mint any good?

    I heard from a TV show that eating mint ( like fresh leaves) can help controlling your lust and thus reduce your porn addiction

    Is that true?

    Is there a scientific background for it?

    Did any one tried it?

    Is there some sort of dietary advice like this you know?

    In my case, definitely not. I put mint on pretty much everything I cook (mmm...mint & chilli).
