Ok, so today I had a sexting session with a girl I just met. We are both looking for FWB. While I did rub myself, I was no where near ejaculating but was very hard. No porn was involved. I guess this won’t
even be considered edging since I did not come close close to ejaculating either. So my streak is very much alive right? I’ve been on no porn and SR for over 7 months now. Not sure, if I am going to lose any benefits that I have been enjoying like less anxiety, calmness, more focused, state of happiness and well being, more energy in gym, clearer younger skin.
 
You don't "lose" those benefits by this. So its OK and stay cool, no worries. And no one here is judge and jury on whether you did anything bad. Most people here are here to avoid porn and the excessive habit of masturbating, and the negative affects those addictive behaviors have on our lives. I don't know what your goals are, but even if you did slightly cross a line (not saying you did), you are doing great. 7 mths is amazing and keep focusing on that. If I touched myself for a few minutes and didn't ejaculate, even though my goal is no porn or masturbation (I do have O with my wife - although not as frequently as I'd like, lol), I would not consider my streak broken because i didn't orgasm from it, and also because I was sort of doing it with a woman like you were. Now that said, I'd be careful with that going forward. Could lead to bad habits or an O from masturbating and that may conflict with your goals.

Bottom line, I wouldn't worry about this and just move forward my man!
