By setting a goal on how many days your not gonna touch your dick that only reminds you that you've this problem every single day. I'd imagine this creates a shitload of tension which eventually leads to relapse. Your only holding it in but just like piss you cannot hold in piss forever. Eventually you would relapse, you would feel like crap, you would blame it on your willpower & you would then wonder why your such a loser again! -Repeat the cycle - Sounds familiar? Just my 2 cents.
