    For context:
I am 22 in the past did some streaks around 8 days. Got into nofap cause I think porn ficked my my brain regarding real sex, I don't have PIED, but d is generally weaker and I don't enjoy having sex mentally or physically and that's definitely wrong.I am on day 22, but honestly I don't feel like nofap has brought more complications.

My first 11 days I had a flatline and things were fine, I felt ok but not better than when fapping. Then since day 12 I had basically massive erections every day, but not an urge to watch porn. I "played" a little with my d, but never really masturbated nor had the urge to do so.

I feel like having this constantly when I'm alone (I had one for 5 hours a few days back, with a few minute pauses but then comming back without any naughty thoughts), like my body telling me that this is who I am, hard to explain. And cause of this i feel like I have less time for life, cause I'm too busy focusing on my d hurting. When then going outside it hurts like hell.

The only positive effect I feel is I am 10x more active in wanting to socialize with friends and new women, when I don't have screen stimulus.

Would it be appropriate for me to continue doing fap without P nor any screen stimulus?

    Thank you

Depends on your goals my dude. What do YOU specifically value? What is it that you feel is right?

I don't think that's the right path. You should first end your reboot . Set a date goal , reach it no matter what and then get a plan to reintroduce MO, with strict rules to not exceed.
It's too early to give up because it hurts.
Also if it hurts , i mean real pain of blue balls , you're not doing the reboot in the right way.
Repeated casual stimuli , wrong thoughts , touch can make it hurt.
The solution is drastic , you should try to litterally forget about your genitals, until you end your reboot

    Thank you for replies!

Yeah you are right that I am not sure what I want out of this. I am thinking most likely scenario how i feel is finishing 30 days and then doing MO to a mental image of a girl i like. That way I hopefully wont lose attraction to real women which is the only problem i have (or said formed only problem i want to work on regarding pmo).

    Nofap is a lifestyle.

By not PMOing, you are saying to yourself that you want to change and become someone like Steve Jobs. Nofap benefits themselves are controversial but they do guarantee you one thing and that is discipline. The old man walks up the stairs, even if they seem dangerous or long because he knows that freedom and happiness lies on the top. He will do whatever it takes to climb up, even if it means falling. Nofap may seem like falling to the old man but as long as he believes that path is the path to his freedom, he will continue climbing the path.

So, always strive for growth and change, even if it means falling by your terms. As long as you believe in a greater self, you will get that greater self.

That's fair, but I've thrown away near 30 day streaks before. No matter the progress you make, the addiction can come roaring back at the first sign of backward movement. What if instead of jerking off, you ask out that girl you like?
