Is penis damage reversible?

I have been trying to stop masturbation for such a long time and ive generally failed at it and over the years my penis health has been detereorating. I dont feel as much when i masturbate and even when I cum there is barely any feeling.

What's worse is out of nowhere recently my penis has been getting more and more wrinkly with flappy skin. it looks horrid and I want to stop...but I just...cant. no matter how hard i try. And the symptoms just keep getting worse and worse.

How reversible is this? Im scared i will never be in a relationship because of the state of my penis....

edit: being masturbation free and porn free will definetly heal u. i know from experience

do you really think 2 years is achievable if your not in a relationship .people must have such liberties where life is blessed no stress just NO MASTERBSTION 2 YEARS.

i just dont see how 2 years is possible unless you have literally crashed hormones from bad lifestyle and stress

My penis health has absolutely improved. Better, stronger erections. Full balls. Increased sensitivity.

The sensitivity has created some new challenges - occasionally cumming in my pants during certain activities, and some moderate challenges with premature ejaculation.

And, my penis has NOT gotten bigger. I have a short penis (4 1/2 inches at best) and low testosterone from excessive masturbation.

Oh, but my testosterone has improved!

All in all, totally worth it. I hope I can never masturbate again

Low testosterone? How old are you?

48. But late 30's when it was first caught. Well below normal range. About 115 dg/L.
They did a full work up - sperm count (normal), genetic testing (for Kleinfelter's), checked my penis size (small, but not micropenis), facial hair (normal), blood tests . . . They were trying to figure out if it was my brain or my testes that was preventing normal testosterone production. Deep down, I knew what it was. It was psychosomatic (sissy fantasies, wishing I was a girl) and excessive masturbation.
I improved my diet, lifted weights to build muscle and all but quit the PMO. Testosterone went above 250 dg/L . . . a bit low, but within "normal" range.
My penis got shorter. Not sure what brought that on . . .

The water could be doing this too. Birth control has not been filtered out.

gain weight
smoke weed
excessively exercise mainly cardio

i know how to lower t levels but its not something i want as a longterm lifestyle as you will just feel like crap.

The best way to take the edge of testosterone is exercise and weights

that way you are growing and managing it rather than weather away or getting fat

also there no healthier cleaner feeling that working out getting the heart and lungs going and working out for an hour or two follwed by a refreshing shower. its a good baseline.

its like you exercise do you want to go smoke a cigarette after no no you dont.

Woah. I am 34 and my last test I took this year showed my results at around 577 ng/dl. Your penis probably got shorter because you may not have been getting enough blood flow to the tissue at night. We all get nocturnal erections as part of the body's repair system that we have no control over. It just happens. If your testosterone levels aren't high enough, then it won't happen.

I did this to myself when I was much younger than I am now and it went back to normal after a while (I wish I could remember exactly how long). As for the testosterone point this can also factor into it, I feel like men need to be more aware of the effect the hormone has on us, it's more than just what makes us horny and grow chest hair.

Yeah. That's possibly the worst thing I've ever heard of.

I'm trying to improve my T-levels as well. They aren't as low as yours, but I'm bordering on low T. Have your doctors talked to you about HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy)? Mine has, but she wants me to do at least a year or two of consistent weight training before we consider HRT. It seems like exercise has helped you quite a bit, but I'd bring up HRT as it will definitely help.

As for your penis issues, 90% of it is definitely mental and I can tell you that from experience. The brain is inextricably tied to the penis ... and porn has a way of severing our body's natural ability to get aroused normally. Porn is extraordinarily damaging, but removing porn from your life, exercising, and rewiring your brain will help immensely. I would also highly recommend Kegels, not only for the improvement to penile function, but it will also help prevent prostate cancer and urinary incontinence.

Regarding HRT, definitely try to do everything you can to increase your T levels before going this route, because once you go on HRT you will have to be on it for life as your testes will no longer produce testosterone on their own. Check Greg Doucette's youtube videos on testosterone, he is an expert on it, pro bodybuilder and also hilarious haha.

Ya, I am hopeful doing nopmo will fix the issue. I've tried Kegels in the past, did them consistently for MONTHS and saw zero improvement so I gave up on them, maybe they don't work for me idk.

I really need to actually stop porn, I'm so annoyed I've never managed to so far. Longest streak is only 35 days.

How old are you and what are your levels?

I'm 38 and it's been dropping at a much faster rate than it should. It's 310 right now and it was 350 a year ago. However, in that time, my life has been about 800 times more stressful and I've gained a lot of weight (surgery didn't help), which has also led me to be pre-diabetic. So I'm losing weight and started hitting the gym on Monday. My doctor wants me to try and get my levels up to 500-600 naturally with diet changes and weightlifting for the next couple of years before I even remotely consider HRT.

Reading this comment prompted me to look at my results from mid 2018. They were around 500 and at the time they told me that was normal. Keep in mind I'm ten years younger than you. I'm now starting to think I was misled.

I was around 474 ng/dl for the longest time and I am 34. I don't really know how much it changes, but you have to stick with weight training consistently in my opinion to keep it normal. Which reminds me, I need to go today.

500 is super normal. Not too high, not too low

I’m pretty pleased. I’ll be 59 next month and my T level is 573 after 6-8 months of not taking care of my health. Last year it was 642. Not bad for an old guy like me.
I’m back to daily workouts and I’ve stopped jacking my semen away, so I’m anxious to see how things look at my next physical.

I try to keep up with regular exercise too. Diet is also an important factor. I hear seafood and green vegetables help.

500 is most definitely in the normal range. 300-1000 is "normal." Anything less than 300 is very bad.

Somewhat reassured. I would have assumed being younger it would be higher.

See above. It's easy to be paranoid about stuff like this I guess.

Wow, makes me wonder what your levels were in the past.
