Is porn really affecting me?

    I am a 24 years old guy with decent looks; despite this i have no girl friends in my life. I am not a total addict to porn; i just Fap 3-5 times a week and i have been wondering (after watching the TEDx video), if Fap is responsible for this; because i used to Fap around 2 times per week right from my age 12.

    Hence, starts my experiment. I like to get into a relationship with a girl; and i believe NoFap may help me in that direction.

    I was not a total addict either. Fapped 1-5 times a week.
    Had no ED issues or anything.

    Still, I start to see benefits as in connecting with women better. Not being distracted by their bodies so much.

    Also, less nervousness about opening up conversations with new women.
