    hi i have a question to maybe all the more experienced people on nofap and the ones that are in a relationship:
    the thing with nofap is that i retain my sexual energy (semen) in order to gain all the benefits discussed all across this site. but what if you are in a relationship and you have an average amount of sex (2 times per week) and the result is that you just pump out all your semen and with it the precious testosterone, nutrients and else; are you not going to lose all those benefits? i think the logical consequence for that would be the loss of all of them since you kind of 'relapsed'.
    maybe the people in a relationship know more about that since i am a virgin.

    That all depends. As long as you're not doing hard mode sex is okay. I think sex would be beneficial, since it can help rewire your brain to want sex with a real human being, instead of masturbating to porn.

    My BF and I try for once a day. On weekends maybe twice. Three times if I'm not too hung over. :p
