Is stopping fap made your skin better ?

Hello !
I am fapping since I remember my self.

I always had issues with my skin, acne... that already left me.

and in the past year and a half even 2 years im struggling with redness in the face, severe redness.

I went to diagnose it and they said it’s “saborea”.

after 5 days and still counting of NoFap, my skin looks 80% better.

after trying all the creams and oitments and pills out there.


So my question is, did the same happen to you?
