is the centipede dangerous to human?

Nah. Their bites hurt but they don’t kill unless you have an allergic reaction.

 

I wouldn't have one of those around my house. They are constantly angry and ready to inflict pain.

I work at a museum with these thing...it depends on the species. It won't kill you, but it will hurt like hell. Where do you live?

 

As I know it depends on its type, the black one won't hurt in case it bites you. But the yellow one is poisonous so be aware. I am not sure if other types are available as well!

 

Really try not to give it an opportunity to bite you.

 

We don't know exactly what the species of centipede it is, but because you mentioned you live in Southeast Asia, I'd kill it. At least one dangerous species of centipedes live there, ones you don't want to get bitten by.

 

That's the one I saw a few years ago and dear god, they freaked me out.
