    It seems that recently i am continiously masturbating to porn without having a big urge to do so..i feel it like i am used to it and kills my motivation for other activites.Not to mention that i need to study for my finals which on my country are considered life changing...but i still dont find the power to do so??


    Whats happening is there a solution to this?
