Hi guys, i'm wondering, is there still any chance to grow height up for people in their 20-25 years old?

If yes, how did you know and certain of that?

    Thanks for reading and answering

Theoretically yes, it's possible. You won't grow much though.

I'm not a doctor, but I'd say 0-1cm is more realistic.

Sorry, but I think it's very unlikely to still grow after 18, 19.

  8. It is posible if you have been growing until that age. If you stopped growing several years ago, then it is 120% impossible, despite what some charlatans may tell you.

Don't worry about your height man. Focus on what you can improve. If it's about chicks, there's girls at every height for guys out there.

Depends on the amount of nutrition too. And perhaps hormones. (I've heard some people grow little in height after starting working out for instance.)

  11. If the epiphyseal plates are sealed (which is pretty much the case after 20), there's nothing to do.

  12. Yep... It's a kind of surgical procedure. They will basically break your leg bones and introduce a small space between the pieces. When that gap closes and bone unites again they will repeat the process and you will eventually end up with longer bones over time.

It hurts like a b!tch, the risk of infection etc is also there. And after a couple years of treatment you need to learn to walk again. I wouldn't do it to myself though, but if you want to do it, then it's your life, your choice.
