Is this a relapse? Any light here please. . .

If it was something you didn't seek out and you didn't act on it no its not relapsing... If you were walking down the street and a crazy naked las came running out in front of you screaming would that be a relapse? No because you weren't asking for it and didn't act on it. Relapse is what you CONTROL. You can't help what you see in life.

 

For me personally, even if I seek out porn and look at it for a minute and start to fap, if I stop myself in the middle of it and realize what I'm doing is stupid and I quit, I consider it a win for me because I'm so addicted, I barely have a single normal thought during porn... For me to actually THINK during it, and realize it, thats a huge victory to me. I don't feel like myself during porn, I feel like another person, but when I feel myself in there, I know its good.

That's def not a relapse, that's a spark, you either could have followed it and watched it thoroughly or sink it in the ground. I'm glad you took the right option, sometimes google uses your history to show you ads on YouTube or some websites, it's actually called ad serial number or something I don't remember, what I suggest is to clear cookies and change your ad serial, yes it's changeable, you have to go to chrome, click on your account and there you'll see your ad serial number, there's also an option to get a new ad serial number click on it so you wouldn't have to face any of these stupid ads!
