Is this a relapse?

    Hi,
    So today I faced some pretty big urges, enough to where I went to search for porn. When clicking search and entering the site, I near enough, instantly closed the page and came off the site. I did very briefly see some of the thumbnails on the videos but that’s it. I didn’t masturbate or even begin to touch myself either. Should I take this as a relapse? Thanks

    It depends. Has this happened to you just once or has it happened before? In the first case I would not consider it a real relapse, but IMO you should take drastic anti-porn measures (like increasing the time for meditation and physical activity + completely remove PC, mobile phone and video games from free time); in the second case I wold consider it as a relapse: the first time could happen, but you have to learn from that to never make the same mistake again

    I would not consider that as relapse,but don't do that.
